Agency CM: Owner Holds the Subcontracts
As the Construction Manager (CM), 3i Construction contracts with the Owner in a relationship of trust and confidence to manage and oversee the planning, design and construction process. Services include contract awards, material procurement, cost and schedule monitoring and reporting. 3i Construction holds no sub or prime contracts and manages either a General Contractor or Multiple Prime Contractors.
