solicits participation by minority subcontractors, vendors, and
suppliers and are committed to Equal Employment Opportunity each
of our projects. We actively support local subcontracting associations,
minority business organizations, and other associations dedicated
to improving the spirit of cooperation between contractor and
subcontractor. We believe in helping subcontractors through Mentor-Protégé
programs. With this approach we develop working team relationships
