3iPM Innovators provides schedulers to assist in developing and maintaining Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules. Our schedulers provide the in depth schedule analysis and periodic reports to assist our clients to make “Informed Decisions”. We can fit into our client’s existing system or if needed, develop one based on a client’s needs.

• Cost Controls

3iPM Innovators assist clients in developing and monitors budgets. Periodic cost reports are prepared in accordance with the clients structure and indicate actual dollars / man-hours expended to date, forecasted cost / man-hours to complete versus budgeted cost / man-hours. Project percent complete and variances are monitored, managed and reported with possible corrective/alternative actions.

• Estimating

3iPM Innovators provides estimating service to evaluate and quantify the cost of a project or scope of work, including equipment, materials, craft labor, engineering, supervisory labor, indirects and overheads. 3IPM INNOVATORS can provide estimates at any phase of a project using specifications as well as design drawings.
